Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst (SAP ERP) | Netherlands | Hybrid
RED is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale business transformation programme. You will act as the primary link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective functional solutions across a complex SAP landscape.
This is a hands-on Business Analysis role requiring strong stakeholder management, process analysis, functional design, and ERP integration experience.
This is a 10 months contract with extension possibilities, 3 days minimum onsite presence required in Den Bosch, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and third-party vendors.
Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Translate complex business processes into functional specifications and solution designs.
Develop functional designs for interfaces, integrations and system enhancements.
Validate that proposed technical solutions meet agreed business requirements.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions.
Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases and user stories.
Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution and defect management.
Assist with data mapping, migration and conversion activities alongside technical teams.
Support implementation planning, cutover preparation and go-live activities.
Track project decisions, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Information Analyst.
SAP knowledge of preferably modules QM and EAM
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation projects.
Strong experience working across multiple systems, integrations and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications.
Experience creating process models (BPMN), use cases and functional documentation.
