1. Data controller
More-Jobs is a service of Nexus Tech SA, Lausanne, Switzerland. This company determines the purposes and means of processing personal data on more-jobs.ch.
2. Data processed and purposes
We process the information required for job searches, applications, candidate accounts and service security: identity and contact details, profile, application message, CV, summary history, favourites, language, sign-in data and technical logs.
This data is used to send an application to the chosen recruiter, pre-fill future applications, manage the account and its documents, secure the service and fulfil data subject requests. The candidate account remains optional.
3. Recipients
Data from a direct application is disclosed to the employer or recruiter named in the offer. Once the application has been sent, More-Jobs cannot delete the copy received by that recipient. You must then exercise your rights directly with them.
Technical service providers may process data strictly required for hosting, email delivery, security, audience measurement or advertising. Their own rules may provide for processing abroad; consent settings let you manage non-essential services.
4. Hosting and security
Candidate data retained under the control of More-Jobs is hosted and processed in Switzerland, by a Swiss hosting company and on the secure internal Debiani9 infrastructure in Switzerland. CVs uploaded to the public server remain there only as long as required for their controlled transfer to that infrastructure.
Transfers use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, confirmation tokens are stored only as fingerprints and internal access is limited to necessary processing.
5. Retention periods

| Account, profile, favourites and current CV | For the lifetime of the account. After one year without activity, a warning is sent; without a response, the account is closed 15 days later, with a second reminder 7 days before the deadline. |
| Voluntary closure request | The account becomes inaccessible as soon as it is confirmed by email. Deletion or anonymisation normally takes place during the next internal run and no later than 24 hours afterwards. |
| CV temporarily stored on the public server | It is deleted after verified retrieval by Debiani9 and, for application files already retrieved, no later than 30 days afterwards. |
| Application data retained by More-Jobs | No more than one year after the application, unless legally required or a confirmed deletion request is made sooner. Copies already sent to employers are not under the control of More-Jobs. |
| Deletion log | Retained permanently on Debiani9. It contains only the user number, event, date and reason, without a name, email address or CV. |
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data. An electronic request must make it possible to verify your identity; closing an account therefore requires confirmation sent to its email address. Requests are processed within the periods provided by Swiss law, generally within 30 days.

7. Cookies, audience and advertising
Essential cookies provide the session, language, security and, if you choose it, automatic sign-in. Third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or identifiers subject to your consent choice to measure audiences or personalise advertising.
You can change your choice in the consent interface and delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing non-essential services does not prevent job searches or applications.
