Business Analyst PLM
Job description
As a Business Analyst PLM, you will:- Act as co-owner of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) evolution projects and contribute to the Swatch Group's digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Analyze business requirements and design innovative solutions leveraging Dassault Systèmes technologies
- Lead and coordinate projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Serve as Simulation Service Owner for Swatch Group companies, managing solutions such as SIMULIA (Abaqus, Simpack, CST Studio), Ansys, Forge, and Sigmasoft
- Provide functional and technical support to Simulation users across the Group
- Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies in collaboration with Swatch Group brands and manufacturing entities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the migration of companies to the 3DEXPERIENCE collaborative platform
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the continuous improvement of PLM processes and solutions
Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in innovation, digital transformation and engineering processes
- First experience in project management or willingness to develop project management skills
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Team-oriented, autonomous and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a changing environment
- Service-oriented with a strong customer focus
Professional requirements
- Technical degree, Higher Technical School diploma (Swiss HF/ES) or equivalent qualification in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
- Good understanding of product design, development and industrialization processes, ideally within the microtechnology and/or watchmaking industry
- Knowledge of PLM solutions, Simulation (FEM, MBD, EM) and/or CAD environments would be an asset
- Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and/or CATIA V5 would be an advantage
Languages
- Native French or German speaker with good working knowledge of the other language
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
