Engineering Internship – Magnetic Tooling Optimization (6 months)

Start Date: February 2nd
Location: Tolochenaz, Vaud

This internship focuses on improving operational efficiency related to Magnetic Tooling in the SeamWelder step for CRTP devices. Currently, manual precision during device placement creates strain on operators and increases scrap rates due to small variations. Additionally, tooling usage impacts the Tack Time of the Seam Welder step.

• Perform testing and tooling modifications on the manufacturing line
• Conduct validation activities (IQ, OPQ)
• Create and maintain engineering documentation
• Work with Laser Seam Welder technology
• Develop knowledge of industry standards and organizational processes

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or admitted to a Master’s program
• No prior experience required
