We are recruiting an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across 4 European countries. Reporting to the HRD, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operations while ensuring a consistent employee experience across multiple locations.

Missions

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters
• Coordinate employment contracts, amendments, HR documentation and personnel records
• Support payroll preparation and collaborate with external payroll providers
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies
• Administer benefits, leave management, and employee data within HR systems
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding programs, and talent initiatives
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and HR reporting
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple European entities to deliver a consistent and efficient HR service

Profil du candidat

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Previous exposure to a multi-country European environment
• Good understanding of HR administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working autonomously within an international organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an asset
