HR HEAD – PEOPLE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
As our HR Head for People & Organizational Development, you’ll play a key role in fostering employee growth, supporting organizational change, and strengthening our collaborative culture, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals with some years of experience who are ready to take ownership and grow with us.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
People Development (PD)
• Identify development needs at individual and team levels
• Capturing skillset of the company on individual and team level
• Plan and coordinate hiring, training, onboarding, and offboarding programs
• Support talent management and succession planning
• Help implement feedback and goal-setting systems
Organizational Development (OD)
• Support change initiatives (e.g., reorganization, digitalization)
• Facilitate team development workshops
• Promote a shared corporate culture across borders
• Advise managers on OD topics and coach them through transitions
• Contribute to optimizing HR processes and structures
WHAT YOU BRING:
Professional Skills
• Degree in psychology, business administration, adult education, or similar
• Additional training in HR or OD is a plus
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a growing technology/product development company
• Familiarity with project and change management
Personal Skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Empathy, assertiveness, and a collaborative mindset
• Adaptability and agility
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel occasionally
Languages
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages (e.g., French, Italian) are a plus
