IFS / Mobile Work Order Platforms Trainers

IT Trainer - 10 weeks + ext. - Hybrid, Cannock

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Trainer to join them on a brand new IFS rollout.

The initial contract will be for 10 weeks and is to start 01/09/2026. This role will be on a hybrid basis.

IT Trainer - Key Requirements:

Strong facilitation and classroom training experience
Experience delivering systems, technology or operational process training
Confident training field-based, operational or engineering workforces
Ability to manage challenging conversations and resistance to change
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Practical, engaging and adaptable training style
Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
Experience with ERP, mobile workforce or field-service systems advantageous
IFS experience advantageous but not essential
Engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field service or maintenance sector experience highly desirable
Comfortable delivering face-to-face training in small workshop groups
