As an Audiology Manager specializing in In-the-Ear (ITE), Behind-the-Ear (BTE), and Lyric hearing solutions, you're an integral part of a dynamic, internationally-focused group. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of hearing solutions by collaborating with professionals globally. Your expertise in audiology will support the development and enhancement of (ITE), (BTE), and Lyric hearing aids, focusing on innovative technology, user comfort, and accessibility. Working closely with a team of experts, you'll help shape the future of hearing care, ensuring products meet diverse user needs and setting new standards in the industry.
Your tasks
Collaborate in phases of the product definition process, ensuring audiologically relevant contributions
Develop and implement training tools, managing the planning and execution of trainings
Support the creation of a compelling Value Proposition in close collaboration with product managers and marketing, ensuring the availability of supporting evidence at launch
Assist the marketing manager in developing content that is both audiologically accurate and engaging
Initiate and oversee studies to support product launches and thought leadership, adhering to our study approval process Act as an ambassador for our audiological heritage
Provide input for future platforms and products, aligning with industry advancements and customer needs.
Design and coordinate blended learning programs
Your profile
Degree in Audiology, with extensive experience in fitting hearing aids
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
Proven track record of working effectively with a strong orientation towards performance and results
Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to lead cross-functional group discussions confidently
Credibility in the field of audiology, with a broad understanding of hearing technology and current industry trends
A desire to show initiative and ambition
Proficient in English and German is a plus, with experience in international settings preferred
