MES System Engineer – PAS-X

We are looking for a Senior MES Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Werum/Körber PAS-X.

Responsibilities
– Provide direct MES support on the manufacturing workfloor.
– Investigate recurring incidents, operational downtime and system integration failures.
– Analyse tickets, identify trends and troubleshoot PAS-X and IT/OT connectivity.
– Work directly with operators to gather information and resolve technical issues.
– Coordinate resolution activities with MES vendors and global IT/MES teams.
– Document findings and corrective actions.

Requirements
– Strong practical knowledge of Werum/Körber PAS-X.
– Senior-level MES support experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Good understanding of manufacturing IT/OT systems and equipment connectivity.
– Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
– Professional fluency in German and English.

Onsite presence is required due to the operational nature of the assignment.
