Description
For our client, we are looking for a Network Migration Manager to support and drive a large-scale OT network segmentation and migration program. You will act as the right hand of the OT Security Architect, take ownership of migration activities across multiple teams, and serve as the backup for the Project Manager during periods of absence. This role combines technical coordination, change management, stakeholder management, and project execution to ensure successful delivery of the migration roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Act as the operational lead for OT network migration activities and support the OT Security Architect.
Coordinate Network, Firewall, OT, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
Manage change activities, including CHGs, CAB approvals, implementation planning, and migration windows.
Drive migration execution, track risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when required.
Lead migration cutovers, testing, validation, and rollback activities.
Act as deputy Project Manager during absences and provide regular project status updates.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, OT/ICS, Cyber Security, or Migration projects.
Proven experience with network, firewall, or infrastructure migrations.
Good understanding of VLANs, routing, subnetting, IP addressing, and firewall technologies.
Experience with Change Management, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow.
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and project management skills.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and escalations.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
