PM - Workday

Role require hands-on PMs who can manage detailed plans, dependencies, RAID logs, and coordination across global business teams, technical teams, and the SI partner. Project Manager - Workday Wave 2 We need a PM experienced in managing multiple Workday modules and integrations moving toward a shared release or go-live. The person will own delivery sequencing across Paradox, Advanced Compensation, HiredScore, Workday Everywhere, and the related integration work. Key profile: 5+ years of HRIS/ERP project management Workday deployment experience strongly preferred Experience managing multiple modules or parallel workstreams Strong integration-delivery experience across internal teams and SI partners Understanding of design, build, testing, release, and cutover activities Advanced Compensation or Workday integration experience would be particularly valuable Strong planning, RAID management, and executive-status reporting skills For both positions, please prioritize candidates who are hands-on, organized, proactive, and comfortable driving accountability across a complex global program. PMP or PRINCE2 is helpful but not essential. Please provide both onsite/nearshore and offshore options, clearly identifying location, time-zone coverage, availability, and Workday-specific experience.
