Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a:

PMO Lead

on a 12-month contract, based in Valais region.

In this role, you’ll build governance frameworks, performance systems, and reporting structures to align strategy, projects, and business value.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop PMO processes, governance, and tools from scratch.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure transparency and delivery excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
• Proven PMO or portfolio management experience.
• Strong in governance, controls, and performance frameworks.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and organizational change.
• Familiar with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Jira).
• A plus would be: certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies, experience in scalable PMO implementations for growing organizations and knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management approaches.
