The successful candidate will help guide product strategy, development priorities, and portfolio planning across a range of innovative healthcare solutions.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will translate customer and market insights into product requirements, strategic recommendations, and roadmap priorities to ensure products address meaningful user needs and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, end users, clinical stakeholders, industry experts, and internal teams.
- Identify unmet needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging customer requirements.
- Translate insights into product strategies, business requirements, and development priorities.
- Support product lifecycle management activities, including enhancements, roadmap planning, and portfolio evolution.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and long-term strategic direction.
- Contribute to business case development, forecasting, prioritization, and investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical, clinical, regulatory, quality, commercial, and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment on product decisions and strategic priorities.
- Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Deliver high-impact outcomes within a fast-paced project environment.
Profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Significant experience in product management, product marketing, strategy, innovation, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting new product development and product lifecycle management.
- Strong ability to convert customer and market insights into actionable product requirements and strategic plans.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly understand new subject areas and drive results.
