Product/Process Project Manager

Attached to the Production/Industrialization department, the mission involves managing and leading product/process risk assessments for the lines within the Movements sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead product/process risk analyses and define the associated control plans.

• Identify, propose, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Movements sector.

• Provide methodological support in the use of quality tools (PDCA, QRQC, 8D, etc.).

• Promote the use of statistical analysis to optimize processes.

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree (HES or equivalent).

• Proven experience in project management.

• Proficiency in common IT tools and product/process quality methods.

• Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator, autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
