Project Manager – Control Processes

Reporting to the External Quality Assurance sector, your main mission will be to define, implement, and optimize control processes with external partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to establish control methods tailored to production processes and products.
• Plan and coordinate the various stages of quality control within the scope of an outsourcing project or the launch of a new product.
• Identify malfunctions or product risks in external control processes and propose corrective solutions to eliminate or mitigate them.
• Actively participate in quality audits.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences (HES) or a Federal Institute of Technology (EPF) in microengineering, mechanical engineering, or a technically equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and metrology.
• Proficiency with various types of measuring instruments.
• Strong client and supplier orientation, with excellent teamwork skills.
• Analytical and synthesis abilities, combined with excellent decision-making skills.
