Project Manager - Internal Communications

RED Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an internal communications technology planning project, coordinating global business and technology stakeholders across discovery, solution evaluation, business-case development and RFP readiness. Project Details Location: India Work Model: Remote + Occasional travel (6 months contract + possible extension) Start Date: Oct 1st, 2026 Language: English Rate: USD / day Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, governance, timelines, RAID and executive reporting. Coordinate global stakeholders across Corporate Communications, P&O, Technology, Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal and Procurement. Oversee discovery, requirements, solution options and roadmap. Manage workshops, stakeholder alignment and decision-making. Coordinate solution evaluation, vendor demonstrations and RFP readiness Ensure timely delivery, risk/issue resolution and project closure/handover. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Project/Programme Management experience in complex global organisations. Strong experience leading enterprise technology discovery, planning or solution-selection projects. Excellent stakeholder management, governance, facilitation and executive communication skills. Experience coordinating Business, Technology, Architecture, Security, Privacy, Procurement and vendor workstreams. Experience with RFP preparation, vendor evaluation and business-case development. Experience in digital workplace, employee experience, intranet or internal communications is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva or similar platforms preferred. PMP/PRINCE2 certification and pharma/regulatory experience is preferred
