Release Manager

JD and experience expectation from a Release Manager Release Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage release plan across PODs including Release deliverables/Features, Release timelines Support on Clients processes for data availability, Architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews etc. Coordination across PODs for dependency planning and scoping Support dependency and conflicts across teams/PODs Support prioritisation and approvals for environment set up, data availability etc Risk Management & Mitigation Participation in Go/No Go Decisions and communication Experience needed: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks Experience with release orchestration and automation tools Experience with MLOps/DataOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow) Proficiency in version control and configuration management Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies Risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities Communication and stakeholder coordination Knowledge of Data and AI projects and concepts
