SAP Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst - 6 Months B2B Contract - Thailand
RED has a new contract opportunity for an SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) Business Analyst to join one of our key partners on a global digital manufacturing transformation programme.
The initial contract will be for 6 months with scope for further extensions based on project requirements.
This contract is to start ASAP and follows a hybrid working model, with four days per week on-site in Gemopolis and one day per week remote.
Specific skills/experience required:

5+ years of Business Analyst or functional consulting experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MES, or related environments.
Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production execution, shop-floor operations, traceability, and quality processes.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, documentation, user story creation, and UAT support.
Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integrated manufacturing processes.
Experience facilitating workshops with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Fluent Thai and English language skills.
