SAP FSM Consultant - Remote - Start ASAP

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to support an Application Management Services (AMS) environment. Responsibilities:* Support the SAP FSM Application Management Services environment* Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve support tickets across L1-L3 support levels* Provide operational support and incident resolution* Support business users in day-to-day operations* Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations within the SAP FSM landscape* Ensure the stable and efficient operation of the SAP FSM solution Required skills:* Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)* Proven experience within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment* Experience handling support tickets across multiple support levels (L1-L3)* Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills* Experience within a Digital Manufacturing environment (nice to have) Project Details: * Start: September* Duration: 6 months (+extension)* Workload: 2-3 days per week * Location: remote* Language: English Interview slots with our client can be arranged on short notice.If you are interested in finding out more or can recommend a colleague please don't hesitate to get in touch.
