SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant

RED Global are hiring for a SAP SF Data Migration Consultant (Employee Central) to join a large-scale international HR transformation programme. The role will focus on supporting multiple migration waves, executing end-to-end Employee Central data migration activities, and ensuring successful delivery across testing and cutover phases. Project details: Role: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant Contract length: 12 month contract + potential extension Location: Europe (Fully remote) Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end data migration activities across the full ETL lifecycle (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) Extract employee and organisational data from source systems using SuccessFactors reporting and extraction tools Perform data loads into Employee Central using standard import templates and mass upload processes Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment migration cycles Manage migration tracking activities, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution Work closely with functional teams and migration leads to ensure data quality and successful delivery across multiple programme waves Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (essential) Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience Solid background in EC data migration and reporting Hands-on experience with Infoporter and/or BIB Replication (essential) Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation activities If this is of interest, please apply with a copy of your updated CV for immediate consideration.
