Senior Program Officer

Geneva | 14 Oct - 31 Dec 2026 | Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Officer to support a high-profile international gender equality programme during a maternity cover assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme and grant close-out activities
• Manage partner relationships, budgets, timelines, and reporting
• Support governance and steering committee activities
• Lead operational readiness for the next programme phase
• Monitor risks, milestones, and programme performance

Your Profile

• Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or similar
• Strong project/programme management experience
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Fluent English; French is an advantage
