Senior Relationship Manager — Brazilian Market

A well-capitalised Swiss private bank with an established Latin American desk is looking to add a dedicated senior banker for the Brazilian market. This is not a build-from-scratch mandate, the infrastructure exists. What they need is a relationship manager who personally owns Brazilian HNW and UHNW client relationships and can demonstrate genuine portability. The candidate has spent the majority of their private banking career managing Brazilian families and entrepreneurs, understands the specificities of Brazilian offshore wealth, knows the compliance and reporting framework, and holds relationships that are genuinely portable, meaning clients who would follow them, not clients managed within a shared team context. The bank fully understands that LATAM portability takes time and is prepared to offer a structured NPC contribution and a realistic transition window. Location is Zurich or Geneva, both genuinely open.
