As a Senior Specialist, you will:

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a confident, credible professional with:

• Ideally a MRICS or FRICS qualification and deep expertise in building control / building surveying
• The ability and communication style to influence senior stakeholders across government and industry
• A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• The confidence to operate independently and represent RICS at a senior level
