-Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment.
-Ensure proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines.
-Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones.
-Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
-Ensure proper waste separation and disposal according to local regulations.
-Support kitchen staff with basic tasks (e.g., peeling, cleaning vegetables) when required.
-Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and work surfaces.
-Ensure availability of clean kitchen utensils and equipment at all times.
-Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
-Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the supervisor.
