By using more-jobs.ch, you accept these terms and the data protection policy.
1. Purpose of the service
More-Jobs lists job offers and facilitates contact between candidates and employers. The service does not guarantee the permanent accuracy of an external offer, or a reply, interview or hire.
2. Job offers and external links
Some offers come from external sources over which More-Jobs has no control. Report any expired, misleading or dangerous offer so that we can review it.
3. Applications
A direct application is sent to the recipient named in the offer. Candidates must check their information and documents before sending them. Once received by the employer, More-Jobs cannot recall that copy.
4. Optional candidate account
You can apply without an account. A candidate account lets you retain a profile, CV, history and favourites to simplify future applications. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and their stored information accurate.
5. Closing an account
The account holder can request account closure and data deletion using the relevant form. The request must be confirmed through the link sent to the account email address. The account may also be closed after one year of inactivity and the warnings described in the data protection policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the service, bypass its protections, submit unlawful content or automatically use data outside the rules published in robots.txt and More-Jobs written authorisations.
7. Availability and liability
More-Jobs takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the service, but cannot guarantee permanent, error-free operation. More-Jobs liability remains limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
8. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be amended when the service or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies. Swiss law is applicable.
