Attorney - Contract - REMOTE (New Jersey)

Proclinical is seeking an Attorney to provide contracting support across the product lifecycle, from development through commercial supply. The position requires ensuring agreements comply with regulatory, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, as well as tracking contract milestones, renewal deadlines, and amendment needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in close collaboration with teams in technical operations, supply chain, sourcing, procurement, quality assurance, and intellectual property.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and GMP requirements.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to track deadlines and milestones effectively.
• Background in pharmaceuticals or rare disease industry preferred.

The Attorney's responsibilities will be:
