BTA - Microbiology

Looking to take the next step in your microbiology career and play a key role in shaping QC capabilities at an expanding site in Berlin?

Proclinical is seeking a motivated individual to join the microbiology quality control (QC) team at a growing site in Berlin. This role involves hands-on laboratory work within a GMP-regulated environment, supporting microbiological testing and contributing to the development of the site's capabilities. You will collaborate with a supportive team and have the opportunity to expand your technical expertise as the site evolves.

Responsibilities:

• Perform practical microbiology laboratory work, including endotoxin and bioburden testing.
• Operate within a GMP-regulated environment, adhering to strict documentation and process requirements.
• Support microbiological testing activities and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to cover technical needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to future shift patterns as the site grows.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in microbiology laboratory work.
• Practical experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with microbiological testing, including endotoxin and bioburden activities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Berlin and adapt to a two-shift system starting in 2027.
