Construction Project Manager (Client Side)

We are working with an expanding Retail/Leisure operator to appoint a key Construction Project Manager to manage all investment projects across a reqional property portfolio.

This is a varied role covering asset management, capital investment projects, repairs & maintenance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You'll be responsible for protecting and enhancing asset value while ensuring sites remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

We're looking for a commercially minded Construction Project Management professional with experience managing multi-site portfolios and delivering investment or refurbishment projects.

Experience within hospitality, leisure, retail, or other operational property environments would be advantageous.
