Data Governance Analyst

Lead Analyst - Master Data Operations Location: EU remote Duration : 6 months Contract Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain metadata, data catalogues, business terms, data ownership and classifications. Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and ensure data assets are governed before go-live. Collaborate with data/technical teams to define and maintain data products and data marketplaces. Define data quality thresholds, monitor quality issues and coordinate resolution. Support data lineage, ownership mapping and governance activities. Facilitate data governance working groups and support data maturity assessments. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and central data governance teams. Requirements: STEM educational background. Experience in BI, analytics, data management or data engineering is a plus. Understanding of data flows and basic data modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English.
