We are looking for an experienced DeltaV Automation Engineer to support the design, implementation, commissioning, and qualification of automation solutions for major CAPEX projects. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Validation, Quality, and Project teams to deliver reliable and GxP-compliant automation systems from design through startup.

• Design and implement DeltaV automation solutions for CAPEX projects.
• Configure control strategies, system interfaces, graphics, alarms, and process automation applications within the DeltaV environment.
• Develop and maintain GxP-compliant engineering and validation documentation in accordance with site and company standards.
• Integrate DeltaV with process equipment, PLCs, utility systems, MES, and other plant systems.
• Support and execute FAT, SAT, commissioning, IQ/OQ, qualification, and startup activities.
• Troubleshoot automation, communication, integration, and control-system issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, change management, and validation requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV engineering and configuration.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining GxP documentation within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or another regulated environment.
• understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
• Experience with process automation, control-system integration, and industrial communication interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working within CAPEX project environments.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Operations, Validation, Quality, and external project partners.
• English skills, is beneficial.
