**Your responsibilities**

We are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to lead our amazing In-store Fulfilment Operations (Logistic) Team.
As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader at IKEA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfillment processes. You will lead a team responsible for managing orders, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer demands and exceed expectations. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Working with your team to secure the highest goods availability and operational readiness.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily operational targets and performance goals.
- Assume the responsibility for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing the diverse talents within your team.
- Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfillment (Logistic) operations.
- Ensure and maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.

**Who you are**

- Previous experience in logistics or a related field, with at least two years in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Good knowledge of retail and/or fulfilment operations processes, tools and working methods.-
- Knowledge of budgets, costs, and KPI's and how to use them for business planning and management.
- Ability to deal with the unknown in a constantly changing omnichannel environment.-
- Ability to communicate in a clear and targeted way in Local language and in English with different people in various situations.
- The position requires flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday, including both early and late shifts.
