Climaexpert - Clima2rent AG is a growing Swiss company specializing in air-conditioning, cooling and climate-control solutions for private customers, businesses and industry.

We are a small, agile team with a strong focus on practical solutions, fast service and personal customer support.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office & Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and taking responsibility for a broad range of day-to-day activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and customer enquiries
• Provide first-level information on products and services
• Identify customer needs and forward enquiries to the right person when required
• Manage incoming emails and prioritize urgent requests
• Prepare quotations and invoices
• Support order processing and coordinate deliveries with suppliers
• Keep customers informed about order status, availability and delivery
• Maintain and update product and order information in Shopify
• Support the day-to-day administration of the office and online shop

• Comfortable working independently
• Curious and willing to learn about technical products
• Flexible and comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial company
• Able to stay focused, positive and effective during very busy periods and thrive in a fast-paced high season
• Positive, reliable and collaborative
• Drivers Licence B
• Ability to Navigate a new CRM / ERP / Book Keeping System 
• Climate & Refrigeration & Heating and or Online Shop experience would be off great value

Languages

• German: fluent
• English: good working knowledge
• French: an advantage

Working Model

Our business is seasonal.

April to September

• Higher workload, up to 100%
• At least 3 days per week in the office in Pfäffikon SZ

October to March

• Reduced workload
• More flexibility for remote work
