Payroll Product Owner

Global Payroll Product Owner On behalf of one of our Global End Clients, RED is looking for an experienced Payroll Product Owner to lead payroll technology and workforce management solutions across Europe, with plans for global expansion. This role is based in Warsaw and is a hybrid based position. Key Responsibilities Lead payroll technology deployments and vendor transitions. Manage payroll service providers and technical delivery. Own the product roadmap and Agile backlog. Oversee payroll integrations, UAT, cutover and go-live. Support Time & Attendance (T&A) and Workforce Management (WFM) improvements. Ensure compliance with European payroll legislation and GDPR. Key Requirements 5+ years in enterprise payroll technology or solution delivery. Strong experience with Time & Attendance / Workforce Management systems. Experience managing payroll providers across multiple countries. Knowledge of payroll integrations, Agile delivery and European payroll requirements. Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos, ADP or similar platforms is advantageous.
