SAP Delivery Coordinator

Hiring: SAP Service Coordinator | Permanent | Warsaw

We're looking for an experienced SAP Service Coordinator to join an established SAP Center of Excellence.

Location : Warsaw - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Start : January 2027
Duration : Permanent role

You'll play a key role in SAP service delivery across an SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environment, covering:

• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• SAP RISE service & contract coordination
• JIRA Service Management
• SAP Cloud ALM
• License management
• Release & transport coordination
• Service KPIs, escalations & continuous improvement

Key requirements:

✓ 5+ years SAP Service Management experience
✓ SAP S/4HANA & RISE experience
✓ JIRA Service Management - essential
✓ ITIL experience/certification
✓ 3+ years leadership experience
✓ Strong stakeholder management & fluent English
