Senior Facilities Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across a portfolio of operational sites.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for maintenance, compliance, contractor management, health & safety, facilities projects and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will ensure sites remain safe, compliant and efficient while driving high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Support facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Manage budgets and control expenditure.
• Lead and develop a small facilities team.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple locations.

About You

• Proven facilities management experience within a large, complex commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of facilities compliance and maintenance best practice.
• Experience managing contractors, projects and budgets.
• Confident leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
