## Job Description ##
EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established chemical manufacturing company. We are searching for a Senior HR Administrator to join the Basel office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR data management, and contributing to a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, where you will support both operational and strategic HR processes while contributing to the development of people-focused initiatives.
**Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Administrator:**
* Provide comprehensive support to HR Business Partners and the Head of HR across all HR processes
* Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy in data and time management entries
* Contribute to compensation cycles, including salary and bonus reviews, and prepare regular reports and statistics for management
* Actively support HR initiatives, such as events, projects, and employee culture activities
**Your profile:**
* Completed HR certification or equivalent commercial training
* Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
* 5-7 years of professional HR experience in a similar role
* Fluent German with good command of English, combined with a service-oriented and team-focused approach
