We're looking for a Senior iOS Developer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys transforming established mobile applications into modern, high-performing products. This isn't a role where you'll simply deliver features. You'll help shape engineering practices, drive technical improvements, mentor developers, and create a development culture where teams can release software confidently and continuously. What You'll Do Take technical ownership of a production iOS application Drive architectural improvements and modernization initiatives Improve build, test, release, and deployment processes Reduce technical debt through pragmatic, incremental changes Support and mentor mobile developers through pairing and code reviews Help establish a continuously releasable main branch Champion engineering best practices, quality, and automation Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and platform teams Contribute to a high-performing engineering culture focused on sustainable delivery What You'll Bring ✅ Extensive experience building and maintaining iOS applications in production ✅ Strong expertise with: Swift & SwiftUI Modern Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors, structured concurrency) Apple application architecture and lifecycle Swift Package Manager XCTest and modern testing practices Xcode configuration and troubleshooting ✅ Proven experience with: CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications App Store Connect & TestFlight Code signing, certificates, and provisioning Release management, versioning, rollbacks, and hotfixes Crash analysis, performance monitoring, and debugging complex applications Incremental refactoring of legacy codebases ✅ A hands-on leadership mindset: Comfortable challenging existing technical decisions constructively Able to lead improvements without requiring large rewrites Strong mentoring and coaching skills Provides thoughtful, actionable code review feedback Bonus Points For Fastlane or similar release automation tools Feature flags and progressive delivery platforms Mobile observability and performance monitoring Large-scale app modularization Accessibility expertise API design and backend collaboration Security and privacy best practices Experience with connected devices, energy products, or IoT ecosystems Modernizing UIKit or hybrid UIKit/SwiftUI applications Why This Opportunity?
