Senior Project Manager

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an AI transformation project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope. This contract is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site per week in Frankfurt, Germany. Responsibilities: You will lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilisation through to delivery, adoption and handover. You will own end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. The role will focus on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, delivery oversight and successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment. Experience delivering AI implementations, digital transformation programmes, and working within regulated industries is highly desirable. Desired skills: 8+ years of project or programme management experience in complex transformation environments Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation or digital transformation initiatives Strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and benefits tracking Experience translating strategic business objectives into executable delivery plans Senior stakeholder management, executive reporting and facilitation experience Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies Experience with S4/HANA Pharma / Life Sciences experience preferred Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programmes Excellent communication skills with English If interested, send your up-to-date CV with availability.
