The candidate manages HNW and UHNW relationships personally and can demonstrate portability based on the depth and tenure of those relationships, not institutional loyalty. The bank places a premium on relationship quality, a banker with fifteen truly owned relationships is more interesting than one with fifty that belong to the institution.
