Senior SAP Data Migration / SNP Consultant Location: France - Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site Start: ASAP Duration: 12 months + extension Workload: Full-time Languages: Professional French & English Role Overview We are looking for a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong SNP experience to join a major SAP transformation programme. You will be responsible for analysing migration requirements, supporting the definition of the overall SAP data migration strategy, and providing recommendations around the configuration and use of SNP migration solutions/tools. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong data analysis, mapping and transformation experience, combined with the ability to work autonomously and provide technical recommendations. Key Responsibilities Analyse the existing data landscape and migration requirements. Contribute to the definition of the SAP data migration strategy. Analyse migration objects, mappings and transformation rules. Define recommendations regarding SNP configuration and usage. Identify migration constraints, dependencies and risks. Contribute to data quality, validation and reconciliation principles. Work closely with the Data Work Package Leader, functional teams and technical experts. Support the preparation and planning of migration execution activities. Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the migration workstream. Requirements Strong professional experience in SAP Data Migration. Hands-on experience with SNP migration solutions/tools. Strong capabilities in data analysis, mapping and transformation. Experience defining migration and transformation rules. Good understanding of SAP data models and structures. Experience working on complex SAP transformation programmes. Ability to work independently and provide clear technical recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Professional French and English. Nice to Have Previous experience within the aerospace industry. Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation or S/4HANA programmes. Interested?
