Employment: Permanent Our client, a leading Swiss IT services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to drive AI, GenAI and intelligent automation within its ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the ServiceNow AI and automation roadmap
• Identify and deliver AI use cases from PoC to production
• Build solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents and ServiceNow AI capabilities
• Develop intelligent assistants and automated service processes
• Contribute to ServiceNow architecture, standards and AI governance
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on AI solutions

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
• Fluent German and good English required
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise; CSM or ITOM is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation
• Practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search
• Experience implementing AI solutions in production
• ServiceNow certifications
• GenAI, LLM and AI Agent experience is an advantage
• A key opportunity to shape AI and automation within a large-scale ServiceNow environment, with flexible working conditions and up to 60% home office
