SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING TRANSFORMATION EXPERT - CONTRACT - ASAP START - 1 YEAR INITIAL + EXTENSIONS - PHARMA - FULL TIME (40 HOUR WORK WEEK) - C2C - REMOTE (with Travel 1-2 times a month) Our client are seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to support the rollout of a new planning operating model across manufacturing sites globally. You'll work closely with site leadership and planning teams to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. From assessing site readiness and identifying capability gaps to delivering training and managing deployment activities, you'll play a critical role in ensuring successful and sustainable change. Required Experience Strong experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment Proven involvement in supply chain transformation, operating model implementation, or large-scale change programmes Working knowledge of SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, or similar planning platforms Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills Ability to operate independently and drive change within a matrix organisation INTERESTED?
