Tech Lead PLM

Reporting to the IT department, the main mission will be to design, develop, and integrate innovative PLM and CAD solutions.

Your Responsibilities :

• Design technical solutions in a complex environment
• Develop backend Java and web applications
• Integrate PLM solutions with industrial systems (CAD, MES, ERP, etc.)
• Support and train the development team
• Optimize solution quality, security, and performance
• Handle Level 3 incident resolution
• Work in an Agile environment with project teams

Your Profile :

• Degree in computer science or software engineering
• Experience in software architecture and Tech Lead roles in a Java environment
• Expertise in Windchill PTC, backend Java development, and REST API
• Skills in CI/CD, unit testing, and SSO authentication
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and PLM processes
• Fluent in French, intermediate level in English
