Treasury Analyst

• Execute payment transactions accurately and within required deadlines through treasury and banking systems.
• Review payment instructions, beneficiary information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and consistency before execution.
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies before payments are released.
• Apply established payment controls, approval procedures and segregation-of-duties requirements rigorously.
• Monitor payment execution and follow up on rejected, delayed or unsuccessful transactions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks and financial institutions to resolve payment-related issues.
• Escalate unusual, incomplete or potentially fraudulent payment instructions appropriately.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Ensure treasury and payment activities comply with the client's internal policies, procedures and financial controls.
• Maintain clear and complete supporting documentation and audit trails for financial transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to information requests.
• Contribute to payment fraud prevention and other treasury control initiatives
• Monitor and reconcile treasury-related transactions and investigate discrepancies where required.
• Prepare treasury reports and financial analyses supporting liquidity and operational decision-making.
